What counts as a 'seat'?
Anyone who logs in to your company on Penda - directors, employees, subcontractors. Clients who only book jobs through the portal don't count.
What if I need more than 20 seats?
Book a call and we'll sort out custom pricing for your team size.
Is there a setup fee?
No. We'll help you get set up on a call, but there's no charge for onboarding.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit card via Stripe. We can also invoice annually if you prefer.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export everything before you leave. We keep your data for 30 days in case you change your mind, then it's permanently deleted.
Do you integrate with my EPC software (Quidos/Elmhurst/ecmk)?
Penda handles job management and coordination - you'll still use your accreditation scheme's software for the actual EPC calculations. We're complementary, not a replacement.
What if Penda doesn't work for us?
Not happy in the first 14 days? Full refund, no questions asked. After that, cancel anytime - we'll refund the current month if you haven't been with us long.
What support do you offer?
Email support with 4-hour response time on Starter, 2-hour on the Growth plan. I personally answer everything - no ticket queues or chatbots.
